Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Orders are freshly packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

 Delivery Timelines:

 Metro cities: 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.

 Non-metro & regional locations: 4 to 7 business days post-dispatch.

 Shipping Charges: Shipping fees (or free delivery thresholds) are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

 Order Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing the courier partner name and live tracking link.

 Delivery Attempts: Our logistics partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please ensure your delivery address, landmark, and phone number are accurate to prevent dispatch delays or return to origin (RTO).
